However, a warning that converting the classes on the cores is NOT cheap (40k for me with fairly high innate cha, I've heard up to 50k without good cha).

40k + 10k for the container, Saintsaens. It cost you 50k just like everyone else. No one has bad charisma any more.

If your cha is that bad just buy some opal steins or other high cha items for pri/sec/range slots and keep those in bank for high value items like that.

No one has low cha. No one.

True, I forgot about adding the cost of the container in. Point is it's still pretty expensive

There is also a Steel-Welded Plate line of armor that drops from the Bloodmoon Raid instances and Ancient Hardened line from Steam Factory Raid instances.

Both types are infusible and can be upgraded with Gyro-Cores.

Ancient Hardened [slot] + Gyro Core: Purification + Gyro Core Embedder = Righteous Crusader's Hardened [slot]

Not sure what the name of the Steel-Welded Plate line of armor is once upgraded.
