Heads up for folks using tribute haste

I am a test server player so this comes with the usual warning about it might not/might make it in a different form live but ...

ATM they have nerfed tribute haste to 5 ranks of 5% haste per rank making it 25 % haste max.To add to that they havent updated anything else about tribute for now as of march 21 00:40 am.

So if your currently running only tribute haste might wanna consider looking into worn haste options in case it does make it to live.

This is a persistent rumor, but one that I think is incorrect. The _description_ of tribute haste is wrong or incomplete, but as far as I know no changes have been made to it.

How long has the description being changed?I clearly recall seeing the apropriate haste tributes displayed.So they decided to change it to be more confusing?I was using tribute haste like 2 years ago and i clearly recall seeing 41% haste displayed.
