I find Spell Haste very important, but I might feel differently if I was a non-raiding bot (since the spell haste is mostly interesting for group heals and cures). My gut would also tell me that heal focus is more important than Detrimental Damage Focus, but that will largely depend on how often you have your epic in your hand, and how often you go 1h.

The advice above regarding Block is sound and accurate. Don't do it.

As for haste, I'd mostly say bringing haste into the discussion is a red herring. You should figure out your Bazu based on the best Bazu, and worry about the haste independently. You could use tribute haste, as mentioned. Or there is a relatively common haste aug that drops in Skylance missions. Or probably a few other paths. In short, these days there should be solid enough haste options available that even a bot shouldn't have to wear a lousy piece of gear to get their haste.

AA group Heal when nearly maxed out can CH u, LoH can CH you, and Burst of Sunlight does a major heal, so for the most part, our healing Focuses arent all that Jump for Joy imo. Detrimental focus however, with our new line of Undead Nukes, will help your solo game out big time. Pull a mob with 3 undead nukes, by the time it gets to you, u can melee it to death and prolly not need a heal. Offensive > Healing!
