Aug recommendations

Deurgeran, the warrior listed in my sig is one of our guild's top tanks, but I have a feeling he'd do even better with more AC. Since the toon doesn't belong to me, I can't make choices in gear, but I have a fair amount of influence on what augs he wears. What would you guys recommend I replace and with what augs? We're working on DK access, raid Razorthorn regularly along with various TSS and PoR targets.

Camp 2 more Shards of the Guardian, Blessed Shard(Yxtta Primals), and the ac30 aug in Valdeholm.
Lose Chip of Frathos Shield, Hivegrim stone of Avoidance, and 2-3 of the Anguish 90hp augs. He's well over 100 avoidance, so can lose one of the 90hp 15 avoidance augs, plus Gem of Unnatural Regrowth very easily.
There's also a decent aug in TBS, I think in Sillysaar. Maybe 100hp and some AC.
Oh, and move the Blessed Shard to shield, and swap Enforce medal in for full-time use.

There is also an AC 20, 60hp aug in TBS on deadbone reef from a named snake. Galli vertebrae or similar.
