Having just finished Demi and started working on PoR, I would say I have gone through the same situation. My guild is focusing on farming DP and Anguish, and flagging for Deathknell, we haven't touched any of the TSS stuffs yet (except kellak and pyrelord twice)
Weapon:
Eulogy surely isn't a must, in fact I have also waited a long time to get hold on BoFF (38 tures that I've attended, and not a single one... heck), but since the drop rate of eulogy doesn't seem too bad for us (around 1/4 of the time), I just deferred to those that want it, and grabbed it on minimum bid on the 5th drop or something. But well, its look rocks =)
Shield:
Same as eulogy.
Shoulder:
Vtf shoulder definitely, 4% shielding + spell haste + grp heal clickie
BP/Leg:
FS BP/leg are really nice, with all those mod2 stuffs, but its drop rates sucks for us (1 drop in around 9 kills), may be better off with cultural/LB if you could afford the pp. CoA leg will be fine till you grab FS leg though.
Belt:
RF belt hands down, for aggro. You'll lose the 5% shielding and parry focus though, which can be obtained from either demi helm or RF cloak.
Boots:
Personally I went with the demi boot for the focus, since I'm a maniac on keeping WoT up all the time, and I loved it.
Ring:
Replace YL ring with either RF ring or Roley ring maybe, the first one gives shielding and Cleave and some nice melee mods, the second one gives the vamp healing focus that u want (it went cheap, and demi leg has the same drop rate as BP for us, can be an alternative if you can afford losing the mods from demi leg.
Arm:
I went with demi arm, mainly for the FT (lol) and shielding, and to save some pp from AAAA.
Hand:
Again I went with demi gaunts, love the accuracy and FT on it, especially when u solo and group more, plus the magic DD focus for undead nukes that u'll lose from replacing Kess BP.
Ear:
Aye, the Loop of entropic hue is a trap! I'd had a hard time finding a replacement for dodge focus when I plan on replacing it with Dev ear (Fero and shielding) and I had to keep a spare LB in bank just in case I could actually get it replaced.
Neck:
Been using Kth neck ever since we started raiding CoA, didn't really want it, but I'm missing the parry focus, and not really much other better lying around in terms of AC. Been waiting for Hth neck but its drop rat also sux (around 1/7) and loads of other melees are bidding on it either. Ended up with the tris neck, not too bad, same focus, some extra DoT shielding and FT.
Helm:
RF helm would be a good source for parry, shielding, FT. Even though I ended up having to use tribute haste till I can get one of those demi BP.
Augs:
Hm.... I don't see any of the TSS ac augs...30ac/60hp, 30ac/30hp, 30ac, 25ac+sv, 25ac from mirrormask... are you really trying? =D

No they drop 2 regular loots each time they die, not counting Last Blood.

Ghost and Snowtail used to only drop 1 loot + Last Blood per kill. They now drop 2 loots + Last Blood. It was upped a little while ago.
