The Spirit Realm

Hi, i already own the OoW Tier 1 Armguards and recently looted the Spirit Mark of Air and was wondering if it would be worth upgrading. I would be losing Improved Parry 1 and Improved Healing V(don't cast too many <70 heals anyway)

I'd use the Arcstone arms. They've got a pretty decent AC upgrade, beneficial spell haste is good, and I'm a huge fan of +damage shield mods. If you are in desparate need of healing mod, then tribute is a viable replacement (has the lvl 75 tribute gone live yet?).
