Weapons upgrades for a casual knight

Fellow knights,
I have been using a Blade of disruption for so long now I can't actually remember when I got it. I have been looking for upgrades and although each expansion seemingly produces a slight better weapon the DPS off these weapons is no increase at all. I will not argue that the stats and HP on each weapon are not better, because they are. Personally trying to hold agro has been getting increasingly difficult for me, I understand that at lvl 71 I do not have my new stuns or agro over time spells, but I think that an upgrade to my weapon(s) and the associated DPS would go along way to alleviating my constant mashing of stuns and taunt that I need to resort to that detracts from some of the fun out of grouping. So many classes have gotten so much DPS improvement over the last 4 to 5 expansions that a casual geared knight has been left behind in a miserable way.

So what I am looking for is some information and help about 1 hand weapons for each expansion that you have used, both casual and raiders. Also when I am done I am going to post the results on SOE's website (which I need to find the correct place to post as well). I'm looking at 1Hand weapons only since with my AC I can ill afford to drop my shield and go DPS.

Also, I am not including some weapons like Dispair, that took a long time commitment over 2 hours, from an event that I could not tank at the time, and may not be able to now. Or from zones such as Dreadspire keep that a casual gamer would, in my oppinion, not be able to get into the zone.

I guess I am looking for a new weapon that would drop from a mob in an appropriate exp zone that is a true upgrade in DPS, being attunable would be a big added bonus. I'm also not asking that casual knights get uber weapons, but I would think that we should be at least getting increases in our DPS ratio from expansion to expansion.

May not want this but its pretty nice and easyily atainable for casual players from vald. hell my 17 pally has one b/c it rotted to my old group
