Even tho the proc mod is set to 1000, i definitly wont use it over ward of tunare.

have you tried lower level mobs? to see what the stun cap is at?

The affect is Ward of the Scribe and here is the Lucy link. It has 0.9 cast time Recast delay 15 minutes.

OK a few more tests reveal:
FV drachnids and Dreadlands Drachincs stunable.
Drovlags near entrance of KC stunable.
Giants in BoT: not stunable with it
A selection of stuff in Plane of Innovation: all stunable

I was also using Stun (the lvl 35 spell that stuns upto 55) to see any diferences in lvl and everything the ward worked on so did stun, conversaly if it was immune to stun it was immune to the ward.

I'd guess, not certain yet but it seems likely, that the ward caps at level 55.

I can confirm for certain it does not do damage to mobs, well if it does its so poor that even lvl 1 rats regen it fast enough not to appear hurt.

All in all the ward is pointless for anything other than maybe power leveling someone.

I know resisted stuns generate agro, does immune also generate agro? If this is the case it looks like an agro builder for off tanking. Another way for us to hold multiple mobs without a slower trying to help us and drawing agro.

how frequent is the proc happening? Unless it is very frequent to build up early hate I am not sure it could possibly be better for us then WoT or the druid spell line.

One other thought is for some this BP might be more obtainable then WoT. I can't imagine not having WoT but someone who was sub70 before TSS and is still pushing to 75 might not want to detour to get WoT. They could get some good use out of this.

here's an idea
few times lately i've pulled mass trains of low content junk killed etc, have a cleri 2box (no promised renewal at 71)
so he'll die on heal aggro and course wotunare wont take mid fight
and we'll wipe
nbd cr's are a cinch w/e blah blah
but!
just had the thought to click that tier 2 BPjust before inc
all the stun procs have to generate some aggro eh?
sup massive aggro buffer enough for a couple heals worth
sure it'd work similarly on boss mobs, click bp on inc and have an extra source of aggro
think that's the use of this click

guess the next question is, how much aggro does this stun proc generate?

so i was looking through and read up all the class BP clicks. Some of them are really quite nice. Take the wiz robe click, it's a cast of gift of mana, the aa that makes the next cast practically free, that's pretty rocking right there. And the shadowknight bp click is a proc 400 pt lifetap again thats nice mini wotunare for the sk's good stuff and the shaman bp is that click debuff which i can only imagine would come in handy on the rediculously resistant bosses you sometimes faces. the warrior bp is added padding, + 2k hp meh not my cup of tea but perhaps the wars enjoy it ;p haha. stacked up against these effects, the paladin click seems distastefully useless. talking it over with a friend we decided sony decided stun was overpowering (which it can be) so the stun couldnt actually stun the mob, however that's ALL they did when they should have added some extra component to make it useful :p.

I'd LOVE aggro on these stuns, a click aggro ability would be useful, or if it were DD's, a click DD proc on mobs that hit you that'd be nice as well toss it in for wotunare.

the MAIN issue i have with this spell ASIDE from its general useless ness (a stun that doesnt stun, doesnt aggro) is the competition for our holy grail spell WoTunare. This spell is up 24 / 7 and making a spell not stack with it... well it would need to be outright better or need to have some sort of tactical situational use like say aggro or dd or some new idea.
