Gear Check Please?

I have just recently returned to EQ after a 2 year break, so been doing a lot of research on items to catch up gearwise.

Some inexpensive suggestions for you:

I picked this up in bazaar for 10k.
The quest for is pretty easy if you have a porter to help you out.

Currently working on some of the Relic and Arcstone quests for gear upgrades also.
evolves into a very nice item.

is pretty nice also.

Have been working on those items with a single guild group. Hope this helps.

As Amberionn said go for the Cloak of the Spirit Tracker. It's a pretty easy thing to do with guildies and can be knocked out in 2-3 hours. The gloves and bracer, although not your biggest need, can be upgraded to Serpents Spine Tier 1 at the Sunderock elemental camp(although they're not the really good upgrades until you get the powersources for them). If you can afford it, the Grandmasters Breastplate will hold you over for a good while. There is also droppable/attunable gear from Serpents Spine for sale in the Bazaar. Of note is the Heart of Ice Ring http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=46588 but its a required level of 71.

I'm also on BB and have had some plate gear rot recently so I'll keep an eye out for you if something else drops.

As for arrows, I'm afraid I can't help you there. I haven't used my bow in a very long time.
