Enslaved Vrex Zealot spawns in the central pyramid area and has PHs? Subjugated Brawler spawns, i believe, around the same large field as the other 2 mobs.
This drops in the Ikkinz: Trial of Twin Struggles and Ikkinz: Trial of Tri-Fates from Subjugated Brawler who can spawn throughout the zone (as far as I know.)

I realize it's much of a repetition of Galelor's initial post - my main contribution was the organisation into 3 groups. I think obtaining augs in this order gives you pretty much the most bang for the buck. Fanatics can refer to the post on Shadowknight forums for augs to fill the last slots, but this should serve as a basic introduction to the must-haves for every ac freak out there.
