BiC completion now possible!

-Reduced from 4 to 1 the number of players required to be at each altar in the "exiles" portion of the Inktu'ta, the Unmasked Chapel raid.
WOOHOOO! I (and everyone else) will now be able to finish my BiC with a single group, instead of needing to come up with 16+ people to do this.
