No. The higher levels of HT never refreshed on death (at least not for many years now). It's nothing new.

Nah, higher lvl HT been nerfed a long while ago to prevent people from exploiting it.
You can't exploit LH, so you re safe .

When LoH was being revamped, one of the stipulations we gave/ensured is that is had to refresh on death like the original. They know about, its intentional, its not seen as exploitable.

Risk is right on par with reward here

For what it's worth (which is nothing), LoH does not refresh on death in the Old Man missions, either anymore.

Ultimately in the group content I've never bothered with a real tank. Quickly figured out the first day that outside the raids, the warrior class was worthless. So were SK's and paladins since they are crap DPS. We usually tank them with a ranger or monk and be perfectly safe with it. We've even effectively used charmed pets as effective tanks because they are greater DPS than most of the players and have more HP.

So that doesn't change the group tasks for me at all, only a slight change on the raids really since we were doing it the old school way anyhow. /shrug.
