I'm on FV too. While I'm no daddy warbucks, I can certainly help you get a reasonable weapon to level with. The ride from 1-50 needn't have an uber weapon, but something at least dmg=delay, I'd think, and ideally 2 such weapons so your skills aren't complete gimp.

Look for me in the Central Time Zone
4:30-6:00 AM (most days)
5:00-9:00PM (most days)
10:00-11:30PM (occasionally)

Any times other then these, I'm probably at work or sleeping while my toons are in bazaar.

I had a beastlord on Stromm named BunnieSlayer in 2004. My motivation was Anya, from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

I got it wrong!

Didn't originally have a pally on FV - had a lvl11 Bard with not much more than the lowbie quest gear and weapons - in fact as a half elf he did the quests around Qeynos and then repeated them for Freeport - no idea why I did that!?

I do now have a lvl10 Pally though - still in the mines as I'd never done that before so thought I'd have a go at all the quests in there.
