Attack delay bug/nerf

They seem to have broken something else in the 7/9 patch. Paladin and SK attack delay resets after casting a spell, which, for skilled knights who cast nearly between each swing or every 3-4 swings, cuts our already low DPS nearly in half. This has never been the case in the past 8-9 years I've played a pally, as we have always been able to cast a stun in between swings and have our next hit land immediately after the spell casts (with a medium delay weapon...if you have a delay of 40+ you will still be waiting a fraction of a second after casting). Soloing, with this patch, is now shot. Having a mediocre DPS during a raid while tanking or healing, is now shot. Being a paladin or SK...is now shot ><

I passed this on to Aristo, and he's notifying the coders. I'll give more updates if I get any more information.

it impacts all hybrids and is likely related to the fix they did to bards
