formula for +healing and +damage mod3s is ((cast time + recast) / 7)*mod# + spell amount

so if you have +20 healing amount mod3, and cast Solemn Touch rk1 base at 2125, you'd have:

((3.75+2.25)/7)*20 = 17. So 2125 + 17 = 2142 heal. This calculated to the base heal before any focus gets added on (like Adept, worn, aura, epic, AotI, and finally Gift crit), so the return is slightly higher after all that is said and done.

Burst of Marrow is better with longer recast. 20 heal amount gives +35 to the base heal. (i'll verify these later in game)

fairly lackluster imo, but it is what it is, and I guess every little bit counts.
