Hps per level

How many hps do you gain per level from 75-80?? How much ac increase also, if anyone can give a good guesstimate.

I took some notes when I leveled up each time. I'm pretty sure this is with the same gear/buffs. I was maxed on STA as well I think. Should be better than a guesstimate anyway.
