Quick question.

I know I read a big debate on this, but I can;t find it (may have been an old PoN board or one of the EQ ones), but procs as I remember (and may be wrong):
Weapon: A weapon can proc once per round. No matter how many procs it as a max of one fires. So you have a wepaon with a proc, and an aug with a proc, you can only get one proc. If you have an epic with 2 procing augs, only one of them can fire. The procs check in order so Base weapon proc first, Then the first aug slot, then the second aug slot (so an Epic 1.5+ would check the type 4 slot then the type 8 slot).

Spell procs, each buff gets the chance to trigger per swing.

Is this correct? Or is it far simpler and each thing that can proc gets the chance to proc once per swing.
