Remorseful seems pretty random to me , i have a screenshot i took yesterday that on a burst of sunlight rank2 cast with a remorse trigger on and 70 aura up while wearing anguish legs and the heal only did 3940 hps, 2887 +144 (aura)+909 (thats like 31.5 % focus trigger max possible). You can clearly see the " your remorsefullness fades " as i cast the spell too but it had no real effect.
So either its broke or the % is random or somthing , seems highly unreliable to me.Even in the first place its a very situational spell with little to no use.
