Returning 65 Shaman/Monk Duo -- Lots of catchup, need advice

We don't like to multibox, but we do have a 65 cleric to buff/res, and in rare cases box for heals. We intend to leave the cleric in the guild lobby most of the time and just hunt with the shaman and monk.
We stopped playing these characters just before Gates of Discord. Fortunately we had a small pile of isk (about 300k) and were able to bazaar kit ourselves up to about 5.5k hp unbuffed on the monk and shaman. Obviously way behind what can be done today, but hopefully enough to get us started. Each has ~90 AA, you can check my magelo for the shaman's distribution.
The amount of content added is pretty staggering. We would like to duo our way through expansions to catch ourselves up. We intend atm to stay at 65 and just do AA for awhile while we figure out a direction. We may have a few other 65 lvl friends coming back in a month or two, so also don't want to get too far ahead.
We have upraded all three accounts minus SoF. We used to be Raiders, but are now looking for duo, trio, and small group content. We enjoy playing just the two of us, when possible.
1) Whats a good instanced progression that we can follow? We plan on doing LDoN's for a bit while working up skills and remembering how to play. Is this doable leaving the cleric outside? Don't really care if we finish them or not, just want easy to get to, non-competed for, fighting. Is there other instanced content we can progress through?
2) Lots of new AA's and additions to old ones. Any ideas on what my early priorities ought to be? I tend to be more of a tank type shaman, since I have to survive the occasional slow agro. I did spend 3 aa's on an extra spell slot.
3) I see the groupable gear chart.. Pretty ambitious. Also we are on FV so PP can you most anything, so farming plat is an option. What should we aim for in hp/ac at 65, and as we advance through content?
