Well most peopel will tell you level >> AA, and they are right. Especially with the new spells you get 71-75.

Now having said that one of your options was solo AA in fire. AA in a group gets based on the highest level person, so AA at 70 in RS sucks with a group assuming there is a 75 in it. Solo in Fire is not bad at 70. If you can pick up an extra 100 AA or so it may be worth it to spend a week soloing in fire.

But if you go there don't stay long, level and the new spells really are better.

Two pieces of advice no matter which way you go.

1) Do the quest for the bracer in Valdehome/Icefall. Turn in 4 pelts.
2) Make sure to get Curse of Sislak and Champion from RS. Those are two spells that are really worth it. There is no upgrade to Champion, and when Rot/Rooting, its good to have 2 magic dots going.

I would suggest you look at the spells that are available to you at each level. I feel that the better spells are available to you at 73 so maybe it would be better to hold there for a while. Depends on you playstyle more than anything. The most important thing of all is do what YOU want and feel happy doing.

At 70, I used to burn through ~4AA on LotD in PoFire or Qvic. Now at 75 I'm running more like ~2.5, but I have not really found my groove yet. The tSS mobs definitely throw out more AA exp, but I think it is a matter of just finding the right spot.

I'd level up to 75. It takes relatively little time if you have to do it solo and you can easily bank out some AA each level if you wish. The new spells are definitely worth it, especially since you are not looking at crappy mission arcs to complete in order to get them.

VP3 works amazingly well in tSS with MD and the same could be said of GI once you get maloX in. That plus an abundance of outdoor zones pretty much makes it impossible to die while working your way up the level ladder.

She has a couple hundred aa spent and about 14 banked, so has a lot of the must haves. I think I may stop at 70 for a couple days to try soloing, just for fun and to bank a few more aa for some of the utility aa's. I would like to get all 3 levels of our aa hot, finish VP3 and save enough for our cotw and the canni upgrade at 72.

Ive actually been doing all them gimp DoD missions with some friends Mainly because they are decent xp and a lot of the chest drops and cursor rewards are still upgrades for her.

Ive heard a lot about soloing PoF, so want to try that more for the novelty of it, as my main is a rogue soloing is something I didnt get a chance to do a lot of, unless you count farming greens Soloing old world raid targets sounds like a lot of fun too!

With the way xp scales now if you can wait a bit for levels then grab some aa's first. At 70 there are some very nice sweet spots for xp that are easy and safe. They are a lot harder to find at 75. My favourite was the fallenspirits in Arcstone. They drop around 10%aa per at 70, dont summon, root easily, are nicely spaced out so only solo's. They also drop some nice cash loot like broken wands and favours. I used to be making about 3kpp in a 3 hour sessions there if the drops went in my favour.
