Soloing Old Raid mobs at 70

Anyone tried solo?
I've found that this guy is just too tough for me. Was wondering if someone with better ac/shielding has ever beat him. wtb more shielding, vindi down to 8%

About the from Unrest. Is this a reward for a monster mission? Or is it an instance with your character thrown into it? How do you start it?

Tobyus - it is a mission that gives you an instanced, high level version of Unrest. It starts with Savil Tranquilsong in Butcherblock.

What are the 3 diseases you have loaded? Wunshi, Ultor, ? It looks like you have pox pants. Unless it's a newfangled DoD spell or something. Putrid decay maybe? I assume you also have both bloods loaded. I seem to remember him being poison resistant, but I could be wrong, and if you're using Putrid he'd have a pretty decent drop in poison resist since that stacks with Malosinia.

Your assumptions are correct. I would keep the 2 biggest poison and disease dots loaded at all times. Spell gems 4 and 5 were where i would swap in and out my debuffs: PD/Cripple/Sinia, (Sinia lasts the longest I think, offhand). And yea, those are EP pants. With PD and Sinia, I would only get a poison resist every once in a while, pretty managable.

Took a look at your magelo Beafly. Do the slipgears task, and replace your adventurers stone in your charm. Thats an easy 46 hp/mana upgrade. Do the Last of the Legion mission in Illsalin, and replace your maze-runner ring with this Start doing some of the DoD missions, alot of the hard ones give out augment rewards, can get some easy 60-80 mana augs, to replace your resist augs.

A good start for old raid/1-group content are the old Kunark dragons. Serv, Gore, Woushi, can get some decent baz loots. The WR bags should sell highly still. Uhh.. the water snake thing in CS is easy. Try Zelthinak (sp?) in Umbral plains, it's a long boring fight but easily soloable. The Fire and Ice guys back in the tunnels are a fun little challenge I find. Radir and Tawro. For the Masochists out there, try The Va'Dyn in Akheva Ruins.

That should give you a decent starting point.

I attempted to solo Rhag1 the other night. Got him to 95% then I died a horrible death. Immune to slow, and the endless chain stunning did me in.
