Trophy room adds

I was wondering if any of you have advice on dealing with the adds in Trophy Room?
One of the ideas that was brainstormed today in group, for example, was dropping a totem right as one of the trophies was dying and a new wave of adds was spawning, having the adds rush the totem, and using Vermillion Sky ring to FD off the aggro while pallies lock them down.

Curator will emote before they spawn, just set a shadow knight and a paladin there to pick them up(with an enchanter, we have 1 sk 1 pal and all of our enchanters standing on the platform for all 4 add waves to pick each one up in the center on the platform), the instant they spawn f8 / cycle npc target any of them and use force of disruption and/or have SK use insta cast AA ae hate bomb (explosion of hatred I think its called), this should pretty much guarantee all 8 adds gun for the paladin and/or sk, enchanters can stun lock them to reduce dps from them by a lot.
You can also have a rogue set up a smokescreen at your healers so they memblur if the tanks fail to pick them up.

They always spawn in the same spot in the south. We generally pick a type of mob and stick to it in my guild. I pick off the ferans. Someone else the ukun. Someone else the chimera. Mastruq are left for ench mez.

The info's appreciated, especially the bit about smokescreen.
One of the problems that we've had is the adds rush in and go for the healers and then the tanks end up dying shortly afterwards once the clerics go down. Smokescreen sounds like it could help.

Smokescreen is also good on mindgnawers on event 1
though thats not the raid you're asking about !
