OMG!!!

We ( as a guild) have made great progress.. we jump shifted thru SoD.. have won Venomlord and Pallrox on hard.. beaten Mindshear a few times ( he is STILL a large PITA).. Soo we walked in the tower for the 1st event full of confidence.. but DAMN!! We have now made 3-4 efforts on mindbright and just starting to get a clue!!.. Please tell me of all the events in the tower he is NOT the easiest.. hehehe.. We still have a ways to go to beat him.. but the jump shift in difficulty suprised me.. .. 1 thing I am learning about these scripts is how important for each guild to figure out what works for them.. come up with a plan and have all memembers learn the plan and be able to execute it well with out having to think to much.. I am curiours if other guilds found this event hard to learn and how many wipes before there 1st win...

Mindblight definately took us the longest to learn when my guild was learning tower. Probably took us half a dozen or so attempts to learn and execute the event before we beat it. It was all downhill from there. None of the other events took more than two fails before we had it beat (except event 3, but that doesn't count since we had about a dozen fails due solely to Soother bugging). None of the events are really that hard to learn, it's all about execution.

In order of difficulty, I think I'd go:

2>1>3=6>5>4>7. 3 and 6 are about of equal difficulty, if for no reason other than the passive innate Twincast AAs can fail the event for you.

I think each guild force will for the most part find different ones harder.

Very true. Different guilds have different strengths and weaknesses and find different events harder than other guilds find them. About the only thing that's consistant is that Brekt is the easiest raid in the Tower, if not the easiest raid in the expansion.

We seem to find Stasis the most difficult. There always seems to be something that 1-900-MixALot it up like a pet opening a tank or just generally us being stupid as a guild and not focusing. After that it was fair sailing however.

We beat Mindblight our first weekend in Tower, after a few tries, so I don't think we found it overly difficult. But I will say this: our strategy on that event has evolved more than most from when we first beat it. We tried 2 or 3 different approaches, and it got easier with each step along the way. So even a guild with the exact same makeup as ours might find it easier if they were smarter than us and jumped to the final solution

We beat tower for the first time last week, and I think Stasis (#3) was the most difficult. Overlord Muram (#6) wasn't even that bad. It just took a few tweaks in strategy to get it down.

I think Mindblight is up there in difficulty simply because the blobs hit so hard and everyone is running to avoid AEs, so heals might be sparse... Oh, and if your mezzers aren't on the ball, mindgnawers wipe out the healers.
