1 hour time for 5 Trials (1 Trial á 3 grps (18 peeps)). Only start 3 Trials at a time
Fire, 3 Tanks, 3 Healer, 3 Mobs offtank, each split into 2, kill all Boss => spawns 2 adds all 25% - important: kill adds first. Offtank last adds kill Boss.

Water, 3 Tanks, 2 Healer, Named + 2 Adds (instant aggro), pops adds during fight, switch dps Boss > Adds.

Undead 4 Tanks (Palas would be fine), 3-4 Healer, 3 Waves a 4 skellies, offtank, Named spawns with 2 Guards, CC Guards, kill Boss. Once done, TL out and help wiped grps/wait till P2 starts.
Earth (easiest), 3 Tanks, 2 Healer, 4 Mobs, offtank, Mobs split into 4 minis, mostly mezzable, all dead, kill Boss.

Air, 3 Tanks, 3 Healer, 4 Mobs, 2 in middle mezzable, all dead, Boss spawns + 4 adds, CC adds, kill Named > kill adds.
1 hour (+ leftovertime P1) 3 bigger Events (1 Trial á 6 grps (36 peeps max))
have 6 grps zone up (Earth/Air) again, move invis through all the mobs and set up camp at P3 Door. Pull trash, kill nameds in between, kill all mobs. Once done head to Fire/Water do the same.
Undead = 3 grp event again. Once done had over and merge with Raid.
1 hour 15 Min (+ leftovertime P1+P2)
Jump down and set up camp in SE corner OR right beside the porter to P4.
Kill 8 waves a 8 Mobs + 2 nameds (each wave).
Max 3 Trashmobs per pull, Single the nameds.
at the end kill the two bosses (split them):
