Nope. The bandolier only allows swapping of the primary/secondary/ranged/ammo slots, so if your item goes anywhere but there, you can't even swap it in, and there is -no- command to 'click' an item, regardless of where it's located. A friend of mine said there was such a command during the DoD beta, but apparently it never went live.

To tell you the truth I sometimes switch it up and use the insta-heal instead. I've also tried putting a shadowstep potion in as well, but it's kinda unpredictable and not good for indoor crises, lol. I also used to have 2 extra steps -- VP then slow the mob -- but it was't as reliable either. Besides, 2-9 is panic button, and 2-0, same bank so only one keypress, is my self heal if I need it. HOT provides more total overall healing, and if I get smacked purple (Delay Death maxxed), it can save me and bring me back to life.... it has happened a couple times
