I've certainly not noticed any changes in this are. I think the key here is "seem to". If you think something has changed, run a quick test: Drain a fixed amount of your mana. Time how long it takes to regen while standing. Repeat for sitting.

When you watch mana/hp numbers, it seems like there isn't just *one* tick each 6 seconds. Theres a little hitch and it bumps up the numbers twice per tick to reach the regen. Anyone seen this and know why it does this ?
