The Spirit Realm

Does anyone know if its possible to disable ads that have sound but leave my sound working.Everywhere I go I seem to run into them and not only are they annoying they also seem to be 5 times louder then what I have my sound set at.The only things I've been able to do is mute or turn the sound off.
