US Army hits recruiting goals for August
Posted: Fri Aug 26, 2005 3:22 pmBufr has cracked the code of how the Army plays with numbers. If the Army cannot meet the numbers they project, ythey lower the need. Now they can't even meet that.
I am really not that worried about the Active Army. The reserves and the Natoon Guard will cease to exist as a meaningful force in 5 years at the current rate of attrition. Doomsday is coming and sooner rather than later in troop availablity in Iraq unless they statrt doing some really politically unpalitable things like changing mobilization statutes.
