Power lvling advice please.

I am wanting a 2 box Warrior to go with my rogue.
I play on FV server so the twink gear is very obtainable and much uberer ( is that a word )

I have access to my friends 70 shm for buffs/heals/puma and I know my best avinue for exp is....
Cresent reach 1-14
Blightfire Moore 14-40

Where is the best place to grind experience lvl 40-50 once 50 a lvl 75 paladin swarming in
The Hole speeds up the process but I am having a hard time finding a good fast paced exp spot to power lvl at 40-50, and suggestions?

I am using 10 shot Exp doubler potions.

I probably don't do the best possible exp plvl zones, but I usually do Kurn's Tower till about lvl 15 or so. Then City of Mist till about 45. Then Grieg's End till 56. Then group up and hit Wall of Slaughter till 65, MPG till 69. From there it varies based on the class, but I do brownies or bugs in DSH a lot.
Granted this is using a shaman to plvl, I would assume a pally with more undeads would be better.
