well, that list of rares isn't exactly right, most of the drops listed by mobs can drop off any mob. during my time there, I got alot of drops from random mobs, like I picked up "Mask of Obtenebration" from one of the golems guarding the doors to one of the wings..and a Melodious Truncheon from "A Bottomless Feaster"

best thing you can do is walk in, slaughter everything in sight, and hope for something valuable.
