I followed this to 200.

Then I did the new potions to 300 using this guide . I did a mix of Red Cups, Deepwater Ink, and Nodding Blue Lillies depending on what I felt like farming.

Of course this overall TS guide in the message boards on EQ Traders is good. I use it for the most part. Doesn't have the new elixirs in there yet but once I got to 25? I just foraged nodding blue lilies and powered my way to 300. Fairly cheap, way easier than foraging DoN components(forage table way too big), very easy if you setup a forage bot.
