Alchemy Mastery - Worth it?

According to EQTraders with 345 modded skill your success rate on this is 95%, which is the maximum possible unless the combine you're doing is way trivial. Therefor I submit that Alchemy Mastery is completely useless unless A) you don't have max/high alchemy or B) expect there to be very high trivial alchemy combines in TSS.
