According to and eqtraders, there seems to still be a mystery of what Ingredient B is for making lvl V tonics. But according to this the recipe for at least has been discovered. So what's the missing ingredient, fess up!

Reading back over the notes, it looks like the IV potions use 1 Powder of Ro, while the V potions use 2 of them. This is just a guess though, have not had access to any of the Shards yet for experimenting.
