Blood drops

Why are blood drops so rare? I must have killed hundreds of Shissars - all within the temple and of varying types all post 25 Feb patch - but have not found one exceptional shissar blood. The same is true (so far) for shadowed essence from various shadowed types in Grieg's end. I have not tried Goblin blood as yet. Lizard blood was one in maybe a dozen Cazic-Thule kills.

The level 10 component, for everyone's favorite X-series Clarity, Celestial Healing et cetera, drops frequently from far lower mobs in Sebilis.

I'd like to find out if this is the case in everyone's experience, and if so, motion that these lower-level potion reagents should drop more often. This, given that the mobs they drop from are actually higher than the frequently dropped, and easily available, pre-PoR components.

It's simply not viable to make or market these at the moment. (... and don't get me started on Gate potions increase from 57pp per to 120+pp per)

For the Shade essence you need to be hunting in the middle of the zone in Greigs End - you need to be fighting the lvl 55-60 mobs in the area of the pourtcullice, (near Servitor of Luclin's room)

let's not forget these items are sposed to drop off mobs according to a 5 level overlapping span, with the hearty blood starting at level 45 and ending at level 50.
